Udwarthanam Ayurvedic Herbal Scrub

This traditional Ayurvedic treatment, known as Udwarthanam (meaning "to elevate"), combines a warm herbal oil lymphatic massage with a detoxifying herbal scrub. Designed to address feelings of sluggishness, dullness, heaviness, or lymphatic congestion, this treatment is particularly effective for balancing Kapha dosha. It is also highly recommended for those on a weight loss program. For an enhanced detoxification experience, consider adding an infrared sauna session.
